Karel-Gordon & Associates is a pension administration and consulting firm based in the Chicago, Illinois area since 1975. In 2004, we opened our second office in Boca Raton, Florida. Since the inception of the firm, Jerry Karel and managing partner, Marc Gordon have been working together to provide tax professionals with innovative retirement plans and tax shelters.
Our concentration lies in the design, installation and annual administration of retirement plans for those individuals seeking the optimal tax-deductible contribution. We currently administer about 1000 plans and are supported by a staff of 20 employees, including actuaries, consultants and qualified plan administrators.
Karel-Gordon's expertise lies in our unique plan design for closely held businesses providing principals maximum contributions at the lowest cost for their employees. We consult with clients exclusively on a referral basis from accountants, attorneys and financial advisors. Our goal is to creatively apply the technical requirements of the tax code to design a retirement plan that achieves the financial objectives for the business owner.
